Service Description. This Site describes Junk Removal, Junk Hauling, Lawn Mowing Service, Powerwashing Service, Landscaping Service provided by Stork Junk Removal and Property Management. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Stork Junk Removal and Property Management or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination. Stork Junk Removal and Property Management may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

As-Is Basis. https://storkjunkremovalandpropertymanagement.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Stork Junk Removal and Property Management makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Stork Junk Removal and Property Management's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Stork Junk Removal and Property Management harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Choice of Law. IL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of IL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
